Refund policy

If you have changed your mind after purchasing products on our webshop, you can cancel your order within 24 hours, or before we have packed and shipped it. You do this by sending an email to info@goddess-temple.com or through our contact form here on the website, and we will send you a credit note. If we have already dispatched your package, you cannot cancel the shipment of your package. Instead, you can choose not to collect your package, as it will automatically be returned to us at no extra cost to you (see the "Return" section).

Return

At The Goddess Temple you have a 14-day return policy on all unopened and unused items.

If you wish to return an item, you write to us through our contact form within 14 days of receiving your package, and before sending it back to us.

You can return the item/items to us in the following ways:

  • Refuse to accept the delivery of your package if you have requested home delivery.
  • Choose not to pick up your package at the delivery point, as this will automatically return the package to us at no extra cost to you.
  • Send the unopened and unused item(s) back to us before the expiration of your 14-day withdrawal period. You bear the costs of shipping yourself. Please note that we do not accept packages sent cash on delivery. Once your package is returned, it will be processed within 14 days.

If you have received free shipping on your purchase, the amount you receive back will be deducted by the costs of the free shipping.

Due to the intimate nature and use of the product, we only offer refunds and exchanges on unopened and untried items, meaning if you have opened the package with tissue paper, it will be considered used - except in very rare cases where the product is damaged during shipment.

Warranty claims

You have a 2-year warranty from the purchase of the product. Once the 2 years have passed, you can no longer avail of your warranty.

If you experience that the item is damaged upon arrival, you must immediately send an email to info@gudindetemplet.dk and send pictures of the damaged item. We will then assess the damage and send you a new item at no extra cost. You cover the return costs for the damaged item, and if we accept that the item is damaged, we will resend your postage fee for sending it back.

Also, notify the complaint by email through the contact form. In the message, you must clearly describe that you wish to exercise your warranty.

The complaint must be sent to us no later than 14 days after the order has been received. The period is counted from the day you receive the order.

Complaints after the 14 days will be assessed based on the condition of the item.
